Authorized use
You may use these tools only with Google accounts and Analytics properties you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for the instructions you give the tools and for reviewing drafts, mailbox changes, and report results.
Tool boundaries
Mail CLI is designed for supervised reading, organization, and draft preparation. It does not expose an email-send action. GA4 MCP Server provides read-only reporting and does not modify Analytics properties. You must not bypass these controls or use either tool unlawfully.
Third-party services
The tools depend on Google APIs and may be invoked through an AI assistant or MCP client selected by the user. Google and the selected client operate under their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
No warranties
The tools are provided as available for private use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&E Venture Partners disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or continued third-party API availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&E Venture Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tools or third-party services.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the tools or these terms. A user may stop using a tool at any time, delete its local credentials, and revoke access through their Google Account.
